Registration details

Registration new students:

New students can still register and take a tests by making an appointment. Registrations and tests take place at the 3rd floor of the building - 30 rue de l'ancienne mairie.

Courses at the Philotechnique Association follow the French school calendar. Courses start at the end of September and end at the beginning/mid June. There are exceptions : intensive courses… No course during public holidays and school holidays (see the calendar C area, Versailles ).

Note: we accept students for beginner level courses up to 2 months after the beginning of classes. Beyond this period, it will be difficult for the learner to catch up.

FIRST TIME REGISTRATION:

TESTS for LANGUAGE courses (for non beginner): you will be required to take a placement test (Multiple Choice Questions - MCQ) lasting approximately 45 minutes.

NO TESTS for LANGUAGE courses for beginners - SEWING classes - PAINTING classes and INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY courses

Re-enrollment (for members only)

You can enroll :

- by e-mail: download the registration form in French, English or Spanish, send us a copy of your completed and signed form (scanned or legible photo) to the following adress: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . We will then send you our bank details for transfer.

- or you could also deposit the registration form in French, English or Spanish + check(s) into the mailbox in front of the building (the mail is collected everyday by the GUARDS).

Rates

Membership

To take one or more courses, you must be a member of our Association. The membership fee is 100€ for people who live or work in Boulogne or GPSO cities and 120€ for non residence.

Payment by Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Cheque or in cash (exact amount)

Please note that we required individual payment, that is, no group payments.

IMPORTANT the following documents are required for registration:

- An ID card or last year's membership card

- Proof of residence (if you live in Boulogne Billancourt) or Certificate from your company or payroll (if you work in Boulogne)

WARNING : In all cases, fees and tuition are non refundable, unless the course is canceled by the Association.
